CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

11 Plaintiff Michael Cromwell challenges the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendant Guns and Hoses, Inc. (Guns & Hoses) on Cromwell's negligence claim. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

2 In 2006, property owners in Cedar City contracted with A & S Construction, Inc.
