JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} The Journal Entry and Opinion of this court released on April 15, 2004, in this case, contained a misspelling of "parol evidence" throughout the Opinion.

{¶ 2} It is hereby ordered that said Journal Entry and Opinion of April 15, 2004, be amended nunc pro tunc to correct the spelling of "parole evidence" to "parol evidence."

{¶ 3} It is further ordered that said Journal Entry and Opinion of April 15, 2004, shall stand in full force and effect in all its particulars. This is a clerical error only.

{¶ 4} The corrected entry is attached.
