In this action for breach of a contract for the sale of certain electronic equipment, the Plaintiff, Todd Equipment Leasing Company, appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict for the Defendants, Jonathan D. Milligan and Elizabeth P. Milligan, in the Superior Court in York County. The basic question is whether the Plaintiff effectively disclaimed all express and implied warranties in the sale of this equipment.
