The parties originally appeared in the Small Claims Part of the Town of Arcadia Justice Court on June 7, 1991, at which time a verdict was granted in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $1,923. Defendant appealed the verdict to the Wayne County Court, resulting in a reversal and the matter being remanded for a new hearing, by decision dated January 24, 1992 by Honorable Maurice E.
