Grady General Hospital and nurse Lisa Johnson (Grady General) appeal the trial court’s denial of their motion to dismiss the complaint brought by Mildred and Kelvin King. King alleges that the nurse gave her the wrong medication. Grady General contends that the complaint should be dismissed because the Kings failed to attach an expert witness affidavit to their medical malpractice complaint.
