Before the court are five motions: (1) Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction; (2) Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss; (3) Defendant Western Aggregates’ Motion to Dismiss; (4) Defendants’ Motion to Bifurcate Trial; and (5) Defendants’ Motion for Extension of Time to Answer Complaint.
