' It is sought to reverse the judgment in favor of appellee upon the alleged ground that inasmuch as the plea puis darrien continuance admits all.matters in issue at the time of filing such plea, the court should have instructed the jury im accordance with appellants’ motion to find for the plaintiffs; that it was a question of law for the court as to whether the debt had been discharged in bankruptcy; that the plea puis amounted to an admission by the defendant that the suit had been properly commenced and prosecuted up to that…
