SDS Lumber Company (SDS) obtained a 1427,61o 1 jury verdict against Allendale Mutual Insurance Company (Allendale) on a business interruption insurance policy. The matter is now before me on SDS’s motion for prejudgment interest. For reasons discussed below, the motion is denied.

FACTS

This is a diversity action. Oregon law applies.
