OPINION
RILEY, Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Respondent-Appellant Thomas C. Blood-good III appeals the trial court’s division of marital property and order to pay attorney fees in a dissolution action filed by Petitioner-Appellee Patsy A. Bloodgood.
We affirm.
ISSUES
Thomas raises two issues for our review, which we restate as:
1. Whether the trial court erred in equally dividing the marital property.
2. Whether the trial court erred in ordering Thomas to pay a portion of Patsy’s attorney fees.
