FOSTER, Justice.
This suit originated with a bill in equity praying for a divorce from appellee on the ground of adultery. Defendant made answer and crossbill seeking a divorce on the ground provided by section 22, Title 34, Code, that she has lived separate and apart from the bed and board of plaintiff for two years and without support from him during that period next before filing her crossbill, and has lived all that time in Alabama.
