MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

This cause comes before the Court upon the United States Trustee’s (hereafter “UST”) Request for Court Determination as to Manner in which Funds Should be Distributed and Interest Upon Funds Disgorged. Also decisional is the Fourth and Final Fee Application for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of Counsel for Debtor-in-Possession of .Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn Co., L.P.A.
