Ruth F. Britton appeals from two orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County granting bifurcation and a decree in divorce under Section 201(d) of the Divorce Code, 23 P.S. § 201(d). Appellant presents the following issues for determination: (1) whether appellant and appellee lived separate and apart for the required three-year period in order to justify the entry of a decree in divorce under § 201(d) of the Divorce Code, and (2) whether appellee’s allegations in his complaint in divorce are in compliance with the requirements of § 201(d) of the Divorce Code. 1 We…
