This is an appeal of an award of attorney’s fees from a default judgment in the San Juan County District Court. The plaintiff, Xorbox, a Division of Green & Kellogg, Inc. (Xorbox) originally filed suit in New York against Naturita Supply Co., Inc. (Naturita). for recovery upon a promissory note and personal guarantee. The New York court granted relief to Xorbox for the principal and interest due on the note.
