INTRODUCTION
This matter is before this Court for a decision on the parties’ motions for judgment. The Plaintiff, who alleges that the Defendants wrongfully terminated her disability insurance payments, brought this action pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.; she seeks short term and long term disability benefits under the benefit plan provided by her former employer, M.F.
