OPINION

By SKEEL, J:

This is an action in prohibition, invoking the original jurisdiction of the court under the provisions of Article IV, Section 6 of the Constitution of Ohio.

The relators are seeking a writ prohibiting the respondent from enforcing an order excluding relators and all other members of the public- from the court room over which he is presiding as Judge while the said Court is in session and during the time the trial of the case of State of Ohio v. Baker et al, is in progress, the defendants in said case being charged with pandering, in violation of §2905.15 et seq, R. C., or at…
