The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the county court of Grady county on a charge of having the possession of a still and was sentenced to pay .a fine of $100 and to serve 30 days in the county jail.
The only assignment of error argued in the brief is that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the judgment.
