MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER SANCTIONING COUNSEL FOR DEFENDANTS

Plaintiffs filed a complaint with the Circuit court for Oakland county, Michigan on August 12, 1996, alleging six counts against the defendants for violation of “the Constitution of the State of Michigan and the requirements of the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, M.C.L.A. § 37.2101, et seq.; M.S.A. § 3.548(101) et seq.” as well as Michigan common law. The claims relate to incidents of alleged harassment of, and discrimination against, plaintiff Vicki Knestrick (“Knestrick”) due to her pregnant condition…
