Officials at Trinity Health-Michigan (Trinity), a national, not-for-profit health system, fired plaintiff Dianna- Jackson from her position as director both of the radiology department and of a sleep disorder clinic at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, Trinity contends that it terminated Jackson’s employment because of issues with her leadership and her performance.
