Appellant Joseph Decosimo and Company (“Decosimo”), an accounting firm, appeals a district court’s decision to reverse a bankruptcy court order granting Decosimo $99,-053.10 in accounting fees as an administrative expense of the bankruptcy estate of Das A. Borden & Company. Decosimo contends the district court erred in substituting its judgment for that of the bankruptcy court.
