The plaintiffs, Theodore and Joan Greiner, filed this diversity action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Beaumont Division, seeking recovery for injuries sustained when the vehicle in which plaintiff Joan Greiner was a passenger overturned. Defendant American Motor Sales Corporation has moved to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Victoria Division.
