Error to Montmorency; Emerick, J. Ejectment by Benjamin O. Morse against Perry E. Powers, auditor general, Edwin A. Wildey, commissioner of the State land office, and Edward H. Gillman, trustee. There was judgment for defendants on a verdict directed by the court, and plaintiff brings error.
