MEMORANDUM OPINION
HEYBURN, District Judge.
This case is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law and Motion for a New Trial. Defendants argue that the Court erred by allowing Plaintiff’s strict liability claim to reach the jury and ask the Court to set aside the April 26,1995 Judgment and sustain the motion for a directed verdict which Defendants renewed at the conclusion of the proof.
