OPINION

BAILEY, Judge.

Case Summary

D.R. appeals from the trial court’s designation of Carey Services, Inc. (“Carey”) as guardian of J.Y.’s person.

We affirm.

Issue

D.R. raises one issue for our review, which we restate as whether the trial court abused its discretion when it designated Carey as guardian of J.Y.’s person although Carey, a domestic nonprofit corporation, cannot serve as a domiciliary per*149sonal representative of a deceased person’s estate under Indiana law.
