OPINION

JACOBSON, Presiding Judge.

This appeal arises from the granting of directed verdicts at the close of plaintiffs’ case brought against their insurance company for breach of its duty of good faith and against their former attorney for alleged malpractice.

This is the fourth appellate review 1 of the issues arising out of an accident occurring on December 4, 1963, involving a truck owned and driven by William Patterson, which resulted in the death of Arnold Johannsen. Patterson at this time was “operating” under a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity issued by the Arizona Corporation…
