Plaintiffs SubSolutions, Inc. (“SubSolu-tions”) and Deco Solutions Group, Inc. (“Deco”) bring this action against defendants Doctor’s Associates, Inc. (“DAI”) and Computer Register Associates, Inc. (“CRA”) for violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 1 15 U.S.C. § 1, and the Clayton Antitrust Act, 2 15 U.S.C. § 14; tortious interference with a business expectancy; and violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”), Conn.
