The decree appealed from is based upon the finding that the appellants Inwood, Eavenberg and Robinson were, at the date of the decree, and during all the time theretofore since the first day of June, 1904, jointly and severally trustees of appellee, and as such trustees, made each and all of the foregoing inventions for, and on behalf of, and for the sole use and benefit of appellee.
