Before the Court is Plaintiffs Altamaha Riverkeeper and One Hundred Miles' (collectively, "Plaintiffs") motion for a preliminary injunction. (Doc. 5.) In September of 2018, the Army Corps of Engineers ("Corps") issued a combined environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact (Doc. 5-11) and granted Sea Island Acquisition, LLC1 a permit (Doc. 5-1).
