Statement of the Case

Glendora Community Redevelopment Agency (appellant) appeals from an order, and judgment entered thereon, awarding costs to respondent property owners pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1268.610 after appellant abandoned proceedings in eminent domain pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1268.510. Respondents were awarded costs in the amount of $672,996.80, including attorney fees in the amount of $656,028.50.
