Jack and Loretta Becker (“the Beck-ers”) appeal the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County granting St. Charles Boat & Motor, Inc.’s (“SCBM”) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings and dismissing their suit for replevin, conversion and quantum meruit on the basis of res judicata. We affirm.
