This is an appeal from .the .judgment of the Eleventh district court of Harris county, canceling the license to practice medicine of Dr. Glover Speer. In February, 1929, an Italian from a ship in the port of Houston, purporting to bring greetings from one of Dr. Speer’s friends in Italy, put a package in the back seat of his automobile,which Dr. Speer at that time thought was whisky.
