MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT L. JONES, Bankruptcy Judge.

On October 25, 2006, trial was held on the complaint of LVR Carpet Center, Inc. (“LVR Carpet”) asserting that its claim against Carolyn Ann Coley, the defendant and debtor, should be declared nondis-chargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4), and/or (a)(6). The Court has juris diction over this matter under 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b); this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(1). This Memorandum Opinion contains the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law. Bankruptcy Rule 7052.
