The Hamilton county, Ohio, grand jury, at the October term of 1927, returned three indictments against Sam Butler and Paul Whiteman — No. 30203 charging that on November 4, 1927, they committed robbery upon one Vedern; No. 30201 charging that on November 18, 1927, they committed robbery upon one Leever; and No. 30202 charging that on November 20,1927, they committed robbery upon one G-anzmiller. The instant case is the trial of No. 30202; the other indictments not yet having been tried. The jury found both defendants guilty and judgment was entered upon the verdict. Error was prosecuted by…
