LONG, District Judge.

This cause is before the Court upon the petition for writ of habeas corpus of one S. J. Heiman, A. E. Lichtenstein and Warren Cas-h, residents of Miami, Florida, who are now in the custody of the Sheriff in the county jail of Leon County, Florida, held under a contempt order for the disobedience of a writ issued by the Supreme Court of Florida.
