TOM G. DAVIS, Judge.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for aggravated robbery. Punishment, enhanced by one prior conviction, 1 was assessed at 99 years.

Appellant complains that the trial court erred by failing to give him ten days after the service of the indictment in which .to prepare for trial.

The prosecution in the instant case is based on a robbery which occurred at the First National Bank of Bynum on November 2, 1976. Appellant was arrested on November 16, 1976. Appellant was first indicted on December 9, 1976, along with three other men, for this crime. Appellant was reindicted…
