On November 4, 2011, plaintiff, Tanya L. Towne, filed a complaint (docket entry 1) seeking payment of enhanced military disability severance benefits pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 1212(c)(1)(A). Thereafter, the parties filed cross-motions for judgment on the administrative record (docket entry 8, March 5, 2012; docket entry 11, April 1, 2012), as well as corresponding responses and replies (docket entry 14, May 11, 2012; docket entry 15, May 21, 2012).
