Tbis case is before us on appeal from a judgment of the district court for Hamilton county affirming tbe order of tbe board of equalization of that county in tbe matter of tbe assessment of tbe property of appellant (Royal Highlanders, a domestic fraternal beneficiary association) for taxation for tbe year 1905.
