This action was brought by plaintiff to recover the sum of $5,672.62 from defendant for the sale and delivery of certain computer hardware components and computer software programs sold by plaintiff to defendant. Defendant filed an answer and counterclaim, admitting the purchase and receipt of the equipment, but alleging the computer equipment to be defective almost from its inception, causing defendant to incur substantial damage.
