I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Wayne Hinnant brings this action against Defendants, American Ingenuity, LLC and its sole owner and officer Nathaniel Bender. In 1994, Hinnant invented and patented a soap-dispensing body brush. In order to develop his invention for sale, on August 10, 2004, Hinnant entered into a Product Development Contract with American Ingenuity.
