Appellant, Connie Pirtle, brought suit against appellees, Zafar I. Khan, Newport Asset Management, Inc., E.H. Apartments, a Texas Limited Partnership, Skyline Holdings, Inc., and Eagle Hollow Apartments a/k/a E.H.
