I.Introduction
In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiffs, Mexico Construction and Paving and Martin Mendoza (hereinafter, collectively the “plaintiffs”), seek to have declared nondischargeable a debt owed to them by the debtor Melvin a/k/a “Mel” Thompson (hereinafter, the “defendant”) pursuant to various subsections of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a).
