Elaine Sedlack, a registered nurse, appeals the Workers’ Compensation Court’s judgment denying her permanent partial disability benefits under Section 39-71-703, MCA (1983).1 We reverse the judgment and remand the matter to the Workers’ Compensation Court.

Sedlack worked four days per week at the Bigfork Convalescent Center in January, 1983; she chose not to work a full five-day work week. On January 14, 1983 she injured her back when she jumped away from a patient who tried to kick her. She saw a doctor about the injury and was told to rest her back.
