CASTLE, Senior Circuit Judge.

The defendant-appellant Robert A. Swanson, was convicted upon his plea of guilty1 to a three-count indictment charging him with transporting forged securities in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2314. On February 8, 1968, the District Court entered judgment sentencing the defendant to three years imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
