Edward G. Schepp appeals from an adverse summary judgment and denial of a motion to amend his complaint. Schepp brought this action against the Fremont County Attorney, Fremont County Sheriff, and Fremont County pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for alleged constitutional violations incident to probation revocation proceedings initiated against Schepp in Fremont County, Wyoming.
