This case comes up on report upon the following facts : D. Benson Young was appointed administrator on the estate of his father, Charles L. Young, late of Newport, deceased, and gave the bond in suit on the 23rd day of February, 1897, and filed an inventory on the 31st day of May, 1898, which disclosed personal estate to the value of two hundred and sixty dollars.
