Before the court are the following motions: (1) Motion of Plaintiff, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (“Tran-sco”), for Partial Summary Judgment. De fendants, John W. Stone Oil Distributor, Inc. (“Stone”), and Wilhemina Martin Heltz, Solange Martin Faucheux, Hazel Martin Simon, Doris Mae Laiche Martin, Richard Heltz, Ferducie Faucheux, and Francis Simon (collectively the “Landowners”), oppose this Motion; and (2) Motion of Plaintiff, Transco, to Strike Affidavit Testimony.
