Jerry Hawkins appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in fa vor of Defendants on his state law claims for breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, age discrimination, perceived disability discrimination, retaliation, wrongful demotion, wrongful termination, and intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED). We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm in part and reverse in part.
