DUNAGAN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling appellants’ pleas of privilege. This suit was instituted by the appellees in the District Court of Grayson County, Texas, against Hudson & Hudson, Realtors, James S. Hudson, Alex D. Hudson, Jr., Daniel G. Little and R. Scott Stone, appellants. Additional defendants are Aldridge-Pinnell Realtors, A. Ben Pinnell, Jr. and James Aldridge who are not involved in this appeal.
