PER CURIAM: *
Nary Smith appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of his former employer, the City of St. Martin-ville, on. his discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. (“ADEA”), and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”). Finding no error, we AFFIRM.
