Westside Galvanizing Services, Inc. (Westside) appeals from a decision of the district court 1 awarding Westside only partial relief on its claims arising out of a construction project in southeastern Arkansas. In 1987, Georgia-Pacific Corporation (Georgia-Pacific), a Georgia corporation, built a chip thickness screening facility at its Crossett, Arkansas, papermill. Southeastern Conveyor Fabricators, Inc.
