In this case the plaintiff in error was arrested, being suspected of the unlawful killing of Ollie Glass, a woman with whom he had been living and holding out as his wife, although she was not, for several months prior to her death.

The body of an unknown and unidentified woman was found on the shores of Biseayne Bay, in or near Miami. From the evidence legally introduced it may be fairly assumed that this body was that of Ollie Glass, although it was so decomposed as to make positive identification impossible.
